By commissioning, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service.Please read all of it before placing a commission.
General:
▷All payment is upfront in CAD through Paypal invoice.▷ ETA per commission is approx. 2 - 3 weeks.
May be affected by workload, client response times, complexity of commission, health, family issues, or order of commissions.▷ Commission creation only starts after payment.▷ Orders will be cancelled if invoice not paid within 14 days.
Process:
1) A rough sketch is made of the commission and sent to the client. Revisions can be made, if needed.2) A final copy of the commission is made.
Minor revisions can be made.3) Files are sent through either E-mail or Discord DMs.
Copyright / Usage:
I reserve all copyrights to my art.
I can:
▷ Post the art on social media
▷ Decline / cancel a commission
▷ Stream the art process
✅You may use the art for personal use while giving proper credit.🚫Do not distribute, re-sell, use my art commercially, alter the art without consent or claim my art as your own.❌ I do not allow for my art to be used as NFT's or AI tech.
If you break the Terms of Service, the artwork will be retracted.
Canceling / Refund Policy:
▷ Please contact me if you need a refund,
do not issue a chargeback.▷ If you decide to cancel a commission that's been paid,
I will refund 85% due to Paypal fees.▷ If I cancel a paid commission, 100% will be refunded.
If a chargeback is issued against me, the art will be retracted and you will no longer be able to commission me.
